I wanted to wish Johnny and Diane a very happy first wedding anniversary! I can’t believe that it has been a year since their rustic country wedding at the Delaware Agricultural Museum in Dover, Delaware.
When I met Diane, she had a binder full of ideas and knew exactly what she wanted for her special day. I still remember when she told me that her wedding colors were burgundy and real tree camo. You don’t hear that everyday! 🙂
I adored the old-time village behind the museum. There was a little white chapel and little wooden houses. It was very picturesque!
Johnny and Diane were married in front of the chapel while the guests sat on hay bales. The aisle was lined with shepard’s hooks with mason jars filled with light and fluffy baby’s breath. The bouquets had baby’s breath with burgundy calla lilies tucked in and were wrapped in twine. My favorite touch was the shotgun shell boutonnieres with baby’s breath.
I loved how all of their family and friends helped set up their ceremony and reception space. I know that this day was filled with many cherished memories. Especially their two adorable daughters as their flower girls!
Congratulations Johnny and Diane! Thank you for allowing me to be part of your special day!
I am so excited to announce that I am going to be an exhibitor at an event expo at Buena Vista Mansion. The event is organize by Ana Bowe of Top of the Vine Production. The event will be held on Sunday, October 19th from 12-5 p.m. The focus of the event is on local businesses here in Delaware. You can purchase tickets to the event expo on Top of the Vine Production’s website. This is a 21 and over event.
I will have a table set up and will be showcasing some centerpieces throughout the event space. This event gives you a chance to meet local vendors in the event planning industry. You can also see the gorgeous grounds of Buena Vista Mansion. I hope to see you there!
